New Patients

We make sure all our new patients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. During your first visit, our front desk staff will gather your current New Patient information. This will then be passed along to a Physical Therapist who will review your current medical condition, past medical history and your physician's referral.

For a Plan of Care diagnosis, they will then conduct the physical therapy evaluation; at that time your physical therapist will develop your Plan of Care/Treatment plan and proceed with treatment. Per our emphasis on hands on care, we begin treatment at the time of your first appointment.
